La Campagnola is a typical example of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse that has been completely restored, maintaining intact all of its architectural features, such as the stone façades, terracotta floors and raftered ceilings.
The large, rustic farmhouse is divided into two roomy flats with connecting door.
It's particulary suitable for small groups, or two families wishing to spend their holidays together.

The farmhouse has a large, fenced, private garden (around 3,000 sq m), with swimming pool equipped with sun umbrellas and sunbeds; there are also tables and chairs for enjoying meals outdoors, barbecue and a play area for children.
A small outdoor wooden structure houses a washing machine that our guests are free to use.
NEW: on the ground floor of the farm we have a new large bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed for families of 12 to 15 people.

La Campagnola enjoys a quiet location, just 2 km from the town of Montescudaio, where guests will find small grocery shops, butcher’s shop, bank, post office and several excellent restaurants offering typical Tuscan cuisine paired with a variety of excellent local wines.
The sandy beaches of the beautiful Etruscan Coast are just a 15 minute drive away.
Our position is strategic: we are a 30 minute drive from the Pisa airport, 15 minutes away from the sandy beaches of the Etruscan Coast and at the same time within easy reach of the main towns and cities of artistic interest in Tuscany.
Volterra and San Gimignano are just a short 30 minute drive away; while Siena, the city where the famous Palio is held, can be reached in about an hour by driving along a beautiful road that passes through many quaint towns, including Monteriggioni with its ancient walls.
Florence is also within easy reach, thanks to an excellent motorway connection or, with even less hassle, by taking the train from Cecina (about 10 km from the Villa).
But the main points of interest are, of course, the sea and the beach……..just a 15 minute drive away.
The Etruscan Coast offers 20 km of beaches, mainly sandy, so you can choose a different one each day of your stay if you wish.

But this area is well-known for the quality of its wine as well as its coastline.
In fact, our area is renowned worldwide for wine production. For example, the ancient town of Bolgheri, which has become internationally famous for its fine wines, is just a few km away from La Campagnola. Which wines? Sassicaia, first of all, and then Ornellaia… Masseto… these wines have become true celebrities in this sector by now.
The New York Times magazine classified our area 44th on a list of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the world, and Forbes magazine periodically publishes articles on our area and our fine wines.
